RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Christian Villa wants to guarantee maximum satisfaction in terms of shopping experience and quality.

If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it free of charge within 15 working days upon receiving your items, as long as it is in the same condition, never worn and with the original and unchanged dust bag and tag.

 

Return procedure  

To proceed with the return, send an email to magazzino@popcornmilano.com reporting the following information: Name, Surname, order number, the reason for the return, address and pick-up time, telephone number and bank detail issuance of the refund.

 

In case of the return of a defective product, we ask you to attach pictures and any other element considered necessary in support of the request.

 

Within 2 working days you will receive a prepaid return label to glue on the original box (or on another one equally sturdy and of the same size and consistency of the original one) in order to covert the previously used label.

 

If the courier will not be able to proceed with the pick-up at home at your preferred time, we will send you the address of the nearest office/warehouse where to return the package.

 

If you decide to return the purchase using other delivery system, you will be responsible for the costs and we cannot take any responsibility for any loss or damage to the package.

 

Refund procedure

Once the return has been received, our warehouse will check that the requirements have been met and will send you an email confirming the acceptance of the return.

 

The refund will be made by transfer to a bank or post office account previously indicated in the return request email.

 

Usually we process the refund within 14 calendar days from the day we confirmed your right to a refund.

 

Replace procedure

If you want to replace the item you have purchased you can do it with no additional cost within 14 days from the date of delivery only if the delivery country is part of UE (Islands excluded except Italian islands).

To proceed with the return, please send and email to magazzino@popcornmilano.com with the following information: Name, Surname, order number, product code of the new item chosen, address and pick-up time of the return, telephone number.

 

We will reserve the new item for you and, as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the initial address.
